The Arizmendi Associaiton has signed a lease to open a our next cooperative in the heart of San Rafael in Marin County.  The location, 1002 4th Street, in is the Rafael Town Center building, on a sunny pedestrian plaza.  Opening day is projected to be early in 2010.
